From sourcing to onboarding and everything in between.
During the first two weeks, we provide a shortlist of potential candidates. If you like them, we schedule a skype interview between you and potential candidates.
We schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. At this stage, it can be an introduction interview, offline, or online coding.
You formally offer a position to a Candidate.

how it works for candidates
A 20-minute interview with Talent Manager via skype, zoom, phone, or telegram. This live interview will be focused on getting to know each other better.
1-hour introduction interview with Employer. Dear candidate, please be ready to ask for all the essential information that can help you to make the right decision to take a job offer or not.
You will receive a technical task from the Employer. It can be offline or online coding, depending on the Employer’s requirements.
New Employer sends you a job offer. After signing the offer, the Employer begins the onboarding process.
