Pay for a successful placement
Permanent placement fee - we are so much cheaper than agencies.
It could be several scenarios of payment:
1. Bonus fee - 100% when a candidate signed the offer.
In case of a candidate leaves: (trial period 1 - 2 months),
we provide 1 candidate replacement for free in a period of the first 1 - 2 months.
2. You can pay 50% when a candidate signed the offer and 50% after the trial period (1 month).
How much should you pay for a recruitment agency?
The cost of a recruitment agency to an employer will really depend on the role being filled. Standard recruitment costs tend to range between 15% and 30% of a candidate's first annual salary, but this can go as high as 50% for hard to fill positions.
