We provide recruiting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Since 2020 Hiring and Dealing has been delivering employment solutions to companies and helping them hire excellent professionals. Having served 20+ clients, our team has accumulated a strong set of expertise and effective hiring strategy. We firmly believe that both Clients and Candidates happiness is our success. Headhunting across Eastern Europe and worldwide — our own network first, then targeted outreach. Passive candidates who are not applying anywhere are usually where the best matches come from.

Every profile is interviewed by us before it reaches you: motivation, English, seniority, notice period and salary expectations. You get a short, honest shortlist instead of a stack of CVs.

We coordinate the schedule, prepare both sides and collect structured feedback after each round — so the process keeps moving and nobody good is lost to silence.

Offer & Onboarding
